Salary: £37,500 + uncapped monthly commission

Main Responsibilities:
- You'll research markets, identify potential clients, and target key decision-makers to expand our clients reach.
- You'll leverage a mix of sales tactics, including cold calling and face-to-face interactions, to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- You'll become a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and crafting customised solutions.
- You'll build a robust pipeline using a CRM system, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads and quotes.
- You'll collaborate effectively with colleagues and directors, keeping everyone on the same page.
- You'll partner with the sales support team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
