Your new role
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative finance team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the local finance team, with key duties including leading, motivating and training the finance team; budget preparation and monitoring; finance business partnering; systems and processes review and improvement; overseeing capital and investment budgets; financial and variance analysis; and supporting with business planning.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience of leading and motivating teams, alongside excellent budget and reporting skills. Strong systems and IT skills will be key.
What you'll get in return
Generous starting salary circa £37000 - £40000
Excellent benefits package
37.5 hours per week with the potential to be offered on a reduced working week
Located near Thetford with circa 50% hybrid working
This role will be offered on an initial 6-month basis
