Business Development Manager
Our fast-growing client with international exposure is looking to recruit a number of Business Development Managers to promote the products/services of the company. This is an extremely sociable organisation who really enjoy going to and running events for their clients, therefore this will be a requirement of the successful individual - and of course you will be part of a successful and growing company and reward a fantastic commission structure
Business Development -
- Identify and target contacts at all levels
- Develop relationships and win referral business through face-to-face meetings and over the phone.
- Seek out Preferred and Sole Supplier opportunities.
- Provide presentations, training and advice on industry matters to business partners and send out tenders, proposals, and promotional literature to increase market awareness
- Promote the companies range of products and services and provide the internal Account Managers with a constant stream of leads
- Meet and exceed a set of personal targets and KPI's and contribute towards the teams monthly and quarterly objectives.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 years' experience working in a sales environment
- Results orientated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience of selling both over the phone and face to face
- Comfortable with all aspects of the business development process including prospecting, cold calling, networking, relationship building and closing
- Excellent appearance and well presented
- Be comfortable speaking and presenting to potentially large groups of recruitment consultants
