Legal Administrator/Lasting Power of Attorney Department
Our client is a successful and well established business within their field and they are seeking a reliable and very good administrator to deal with the administration within their Last Power of Attorney Department.
The role does not require any legal experience and is not a progressive role for anyone looking to further their career within the legal field.
The position requires someone with good attention to detail, the ability to work well within a busy and friendly team and perform duties such as drafting documents and dealing with post.
This is a repetitive role and requires someone who is happy to work at this level for the long term and not as a stop gap in between roles. You will be working within a very friendly and busy team.
Main Duties
Drafting Lasting Power of Attorney documents
Processing incoming/outgoing mail
Liaising with clients and Office of the Public Guardian
Scanning/ Digital filing
The ideal candidate will have
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Solid computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel
Commercial mind set
Outgoing, team player personality
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm, 45 minutes lunch (OFFICE BASED)
£24 - 27.000P.A. depending on experience level
