Mobile Supervisor

Position: Mobile Site Supervisor

Salary: Up to £52,000 + Zone 1&2 Travelcard + Benefits

Location: Central/City of London

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

As a Mobile Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our client sites. Your exceptional leadership skills and strong attention to detail will ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a significant impact on the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To offer advice and assistance to our engineers on any technical issues.

  • To enhance service delivery performance and reduce costs where feasible.

  • To ensure our engineers meet SLA and KPI targets.

  • To work alongside the Helpdesk Team, assisting with labour resources and technical queries.

  • To undertake HR processes, including informal and formal discussions, investigation meetings, and addressing any other HR-related issues as necessary.

  • To conduct audits of engineers, covering PPE, vehicles, tools, ladders, and Tool Box Talks.

  • To manage all aspects of Health & Safety in relation to all works, from planning to completion, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH, etc.

  • To support the Contract Management Teams in delivering engineering services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role within the facility management industry.
  • MUST BE HV Qualified
  • Electrical background (e.g. City & Guild 236, 2330 or any equivalent qualification)
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and facility management best practices.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to facility management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in facility management or a related field are desirable.
