Contract Administrator required for our client, a well-established Electrical contractor who offer services across Commercial, Domestic, Industrial and Public Services.

This is an office-based role, so being commutable to Maldon is a necessity.

Contract Administrator Position Remuneration

  • £25,000 - £27,000 DOE
  • 21 Days + 8BH
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Pension
  • On-site parking

Contract Administrator Position Overview

  • Coordinate and schedule Jobs with operatives and customers
  • Updating Client Portals
  • Preparing quotations
  • Monthly reporting
  • Liaising with customers via telephone and email
  • Excellent phone manner - taking / making calls - booking appointments, dealing with residents and customers

Contract Administrator Position Requirements

  • Strong communication abilities: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with IT and computer software: Familiarity with relevant tools.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail: Precision in contract review and management.
  • Collaborative team player: Work well within a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities: Adaptability to changing work demands.
  • Experience working with engineers / electrical / construction admin (desirable)
