Our client an inclusive retreat in Buxted, is seeking a talented Supervisor to join the team. This role covers key areas in the Hotel, working guaranteed 35-hour weeks across 4 of the 7 days working at both the restaurant and Hotel. The client is offering up to £12.50 per hour with training provided, and the company offers excellent progression.
What Does the Role Entail?
Our client is seeking a dedicated and engaging Supervisor to manage the team on-site across the Hotel's restaurant and front office ensuring optimal customer service. You will manage the rest of the food and beverage team to ensure the excellent standards are met. This includes but is not limited to, opening and closing, answering calls, taking food & beverage orders, and serving meals and beverages.
What Skills Will You Have?
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to perform the above duties. It would be advantageous if you have experience in restaurants or Hotels. It would also be desirable if you were aware of current customer trends. Above all, you will be a hard-working, flexible, and trustworthy team player, who can support and help the company and promote colleague's growth.
