- Responsibly for the CNC Production, Assembly, Finishing & Packing Team.
- Manage the Machinist on the CNC Cut off Saw & CNC Vertical Mill machines.

Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Implement production systems, processes and disciplines including but not limited to planning, scheduling, and sequencing to ensure best use of resources and on time delivery of customers' orders.
- Introduce industry leading manufacturing practices covering all manufacturing, finishing, assembly, packing and shipping functions.
- Establish and improve the quality assurance processes and disciplines and accountable to ensure provide exceptional quality products and services.
- Create and maintain HSE standards ensuring safety of all stakeholders as well as compliance to regulations, the wellbeing of our staff, housekeeping standards through 5S disciplines.
- Lead, train, motivate and support the team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including process improvements and problem resolution.
- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning, processes, systems and ultimately customer satisfaction.
- Budget and cost control.
- Schedule production and assembly activities and the outcomes to comply with QA and OTIF requirements.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Proven success in a similar production management role.
- Previous success leading improvement projects in job lot production environments with significant demand.
- Understanding of metal manufacturing or related engineering industry.
- A natural leader with strong change management capability.
- Deep understanding of production processes and related quality management systems.
- Commercially minded, strong skills in cost control.
- Understand principle of manufacturing software such as: ERP & MRP systems.
