A reputable construction firm based in Nottingham is looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team! This opportunity will allow you to work on a range of innovative, ground-breaking new infrastructure projects, to build your portfolio as a Quantity Surveyor, and to progress rapidly within the company!

Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:

  • Providing full Quantity Surveying services; including cost planning, procurement advice, cost reporting and value engineering.
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and time.
  • Developing and maintaining cost plans and cash flow forecasts
  • Conduction cost and value analysis including cost risk analysis and providing recommendations to the client.

Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience working on infrastructure projects.
  • NEC contract experience
  • MRICS or actively working towards MRICS status.
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK.
