Three Bridges Recruitment is currently partnering with a renowned Edinburgh educational institution to recruit a Finance Projects Manager on a part-time basis, for a fixed term contract of 2 years' duration. This is a key appointment for our client and it is expected that you will be able to hit the ground running, leading some of their most high profile finance projects.

Job
The role of Finance Projects Manager will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Leading finance projects, including system implementation and enhancements
- Setting up tax processes and ensuring VAT compliance
- Assisting with forecasting and scenario planning alongside the Business Director
- Improving efficiency across finance-related functions of the organisation
You
As a Finance Projects Manager, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Proven experience in managing finance projects and system improvements
- In-depth knowledge of VAT and tax-related processes
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial scenario planning
- Ability to provide training and support on new systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- Qualification in a finance-related field or equivalent by experience
