Role: Corporate Solicitor - Partner
Location: Worcester
Salary: £50,000 - £140,000 + DOE

Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to speak with experienced Corporate Solicitors who have ideally at least 4 years post qualified experienced in the Corporate field. Our client is a growing regional to national legal 500 firm with great long term career growth prospects for those who are interested in pursing salaried and equity partnership.

This role will see you;

  • Advise on a range of corporate matters from traditional M&A, Private Equity & Venture Capital matters, Employee Ownership Trusts and so on.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within the corporate team, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.
  • Contribute to business development opportunities and identify networking opportunities internally and externally, marketing and cross selling
  • Supporting and training junior members of the team.

You will need to have;

  • 4+ years or more PQE
  • A solid grounding in Corporate.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
  • Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
  • To demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills
  • To have strong commercial acumen
  • To be proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail
