Looking to continue with their success, they are actively looking to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator to join the team.
In this role the successful candidate will manage incoming telephone enquiries and provide customers with pricing, technical and logistical support to help increase customer retention and generate future business. This will be an office-based role 5 days a week in Birmingham.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a customer facing role and have a good telephone demeanour. They will also have worked to targets and KPIs and will be commutable to Birmingham 5-days a week.
