Our client based in Woking are looking to recruit an Engagement and Insights Executive on a contract basis starting as soon as possible. You will be responsible for maximising business opportunities through reporting on insights and performance across marketing.
Key Duties:
- Develop customer insights
- Use insights to provide guidance for marketing opportunities
- Collate, analyse and present data to the wider business
- Ensure accurate data is recorded on the CRM database
- Use Power BI on a regular basis
- Support with some marketing content creation
- Track trends and make recommendations based on findings
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar insights role
- Knowledge of Power BI reporting
- Digital marketing experience
- Excellent attention to detail
