We are currently looking for a highly experienced Production Administrator to join our client's team on a permanent basis.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Timely & efficient administration of project documentation.
- Updating and extracting data from ERP systems to support clients' needs.
- Ensure accurate information is undertaken for all transactions in relation to project.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Product information update.
- Investigation to resolution of client queries.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Effective use of electronic management systems.
- Escalating of Client reported issues effectively to Contract Supervisor if resolution cannot be found within agreed timescales.
As an ideal candidate, you should have:
- Strong Communication skills
- Extensive experience of Microsoft experience including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Customer service experience
- Strong experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Good telephone manner
