Remote Housing Liaison Officer
- Pay Rate: PAYE £18.84/hr, Umbrella £23.35/hr
- Location: Surrey (Home-based)

We are seeking a dedicated Housing Liaison Officer to join a Housing Association team on a temporary basis. The role involves managing a backlog of general enquiries, conducting settling-in calls with new tenants, and running through additional questions and checklists.
Please note: This is a home-based position but requires you to be based within the Surrey area due to occasional emergency call outs.
We require a candidate who can start immediately and is flexible to work some early evenings and occasional weekends when required. You will need to be able to drive for this role to attend site visits when and if needed.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Efficiently manage and respond to a backlog of general housing enquiries.
- Conduct settling-in calls to new tenants to ensure a smooth transition into their new homes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with tenants and update the housing management system accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Be flexible to work outside of standard office hours when necessary to meet the needs of the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a housing role is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is desirable, but training can be provided.
- Flexibility to work early evenings and occasional weekends as required.
