Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Rate: £220 per day INSIDE IR35
Duration: 3 months
Location: York - Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Requirements:
- Proven experience of second line support
- Great customer service skills
- Experience in working on a busy service desk
- Experience working to and reporting against SLAs
- Windows 10 support in a domain environment
- Hardware & peripherals troubleshooting & support
- Software troubleshooting & support
- Active Directory
- TCP/IP Networks
- Microsoft Office 2016 Suite
- VPN troubleshooting & support
