The Job
As a Graduate Delivery Consultant you will:
- Search for top tier candidates across Sales, Marketing, Agency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- Use various channels to look for candidates such as Linkedin, Reed, Jobsite & more!
- Screen and assess candidates through phone and video calls.
- Collaborate with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements.
You will be:
- Educated to degree level
- A strong communicator, especially via email and over the phone.
- Very organised!
- Passionate about online technology, retail and e-commerce.
- Desirable - Previous experience working in sales.
- Passionate, hungry and motivated in general!
