Position Summary
We currently have an opening for a Residential Conveyancer within the thriving Property division of this firm. If you are passionate about residential property law, boast exceptional attention to detail, and have the capacity to manage a high-volume workload, this could be your opportunity to be part of a successful practice with excellent career progression prospects.
Role Duties
- Overseeing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, spanning sales and purchases, new builds, unregistered, and shared ownership properties. * Conducting searches, drafting contracts, and handling post-completion work.
- Professional and effective communication with clients and fellow professionals to provide regular updates and foster robust relationships.
- Contributing positively to team and firm goals, and constantly improving team operations and practices.
- Identifying and managing potential risks and issues in compliance with legal standards.
Prerequisites
- Must be a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a strong background in residential conveyancing.
- Excellent client management capabilities with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to function productively as an individual contributor as well as a team player.
- Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
