Customer Account Executive

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per year
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm (1 hour for lunch)
Location: Hadleigh, Suffolk

Are you an experienced Customer Service Executive looking for a new opportunity in the manufacturing industry? Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join their Customer Service and Sales Team. If you have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and possess strong administrative skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of our product lines
- Support the Customer Account Executives with workload
- Raise proforma invoices and process sales orders
- Liaise with customers on a daily basis
- Log and address customer complaints
- Provide general administration and support to the department
- Collaborate with internal departments as required
- Adhere to Company Policies & Procedures
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Sales Admin or Customer Admin role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SAGE and Salesforce (desired, not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
- Strong problem-solving abilities
