The Head of Supply Chain is an essential player in the next stage of growth of the business. Reporting to the VP of Procurement & Supply Chain, the position oversees the entire function and manages the relationship with suppliers, distributors and key stakeholders.

Description

  • Oversee the Supply Chain function from end to end.
  • Develop and drive long-term supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and growth.
  • Implement successful change management practices across suppliers, products, and menus.
  • Orchestrate short, medium, and long-term demand forecasts at the SKU item level.
  • Manage new openings, in the UK & EU, from a supply chain perspective, ensuring successful rollouts.
  • Track, report, and provide insights on key inventory management KPIs.
  • Ensure precise inventory placement to meet restaurant requirements.
  • Responsible for supply chain contingency planning.
  • Optimise inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to refine business demand plans and improve supply chain processes.

Profile

  • +10 years' experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Background in the QSR/Food/FMCG industry is required.
  • Solid analytical and numerical abilities.
  • Leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Availability to travel across the UK and EU.
