The ideal candidate for this role will be 2+ years PQE with experience in public family law having managed a full caseload within this sector. The key responsibilities for such role will include:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
- Manage a full caseload within Public family law including both Care and Children matters.
- Providing advocacy on behalf of clients
- Liaising with and instructing counsel to represent clients.
- Oversee support team.
