My client a professional sevrives provider based in the City are actively looking for an experienced Bookkeeper or Finance Manager to run the day to day finance function reporting into a Finance Director
- Day to day bookkeeping and maintenance of Xero
- Monthly client invoicing and liaison
- Credit control - ensuring all clients pay promptly
- Processing payments for suppliers
- Maintenance of cash flow forecast
- Close Brothers reconciliation and working relationship
- Managing payroll provider (outsourced)
- Assistance with monthly management accounting and Board reporting as required
- KPI reporting for the team
- Quarterly VAT return submissions
- Monthly CCS returns
- Reconciliation of HMRC accounts for VAT, PAYE & Corporation tax
- Support FD with ad hoc project requirements
