About the Role:

Our client is looking for a dedicated and customer-centric French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our client's dynamic Resupply Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing top-tier customer support across various channels, ensuring all customer interactions meet our client's high standards of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls and handle customer queries via telephone, online chat, and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders through our ERP system and manage payments when applicable.
  • Online Support: Provide timely and effective online support to customers through our chat system.
  • Accuracy & Quality: Ensure all information processed is of the highest standard and accuracy.
  • Quotations & Queries: Prepare customer quotations and respond to all queries promptly.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Warranty Handling: Address and resolve customer warranty issues.
  • Proactive Engagement: Escalate out-of-stock items, promote our online offerings, and build rapport with customers to enhance their experience.

Reporting:

  • Report to Resupply Team Leaders, focusing on customer lead requests and queries.

About You:

  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Native French or fluent French speaking is a must
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer interactions with confidence and empathy.
  • Attributes: Must be customer-focused, flexible, and a team player. A proactive approach to problem-solving and promoting our services is crucial.
  • Team Dynamics: Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
