About the Role:
Our client is looking for a dedicated and customer-centric French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our client's dynamic Resupply Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing top-tier customer support across various channels, ensuring all customer interactions meet our client's high standards of accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls and handle customer queries via telephone, online chat, and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders through our ERP system and manage payments when applicable.
- Online Support: Provide timely and effective online support to customers through our chat system.
- Accuracy & Quality: Ensure all information processed is of the highest standard and accuracy.
- Quotations & Queries: Prepare customer quotations and respond to all queries promptly.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
- Warranty Handling: Address and resolve customer warranty issues.
- Proactive Engagement: Escalate out-of-stock items, promote our online offerings, and build rapport with customers to enhance their experience.
Reporting:
- Report to Resupply Team Leaders, focusing on customer lead requests and queries.
About You:
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Native French or fluent French speaking is a must
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer interactions with confidence and empathy.
- Attributes: Must be customer-focused, flexible, and a team player. A proactive approach to problem-solving and promoting our services is crucial.
