Senior Salmon are looking for Welders to join their reputable client based on the outskirts of Chesterfield.
The hours are rotating Days and afters Monday to Thursday (3 day weekend!!) with overtime available.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding principles and techniques, and be able to produce high-quality welds various thicknesses of steel.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on steel
Follow welding procedures and specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report all quality/design problems to Departmental Manager
Experience and Knowledge required:
Ability to work independently and with own initiative
Ability to work in a production welding environment
