Human Resources Administrator
An exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a well-respected Global IT data firm. Salary up to £37,000 plus excellent benefits, based in the City of London with a very flexible hybrid model.
The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and passionate HR Administrator with strong attention to detail.
Duties
of HR Administrator
- Assist in the administration of the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS ideally SuccessFactors
- Assist with Recruitment Administration
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
- Help with benefits administration, including enrolments and inquiries
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll matters
- Support HR and management with various administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives
Skills & Experience of HR Administrator
- Use of SuccessFactors
- Previous experience in a People facing role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of HR and payroll practices and regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
