HR Advisor

?? Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic organisation and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations
- Contribute to employee benefits and well-being programmes
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices
- Support training delivery and learning initiatives
- Manage disciplinary and grievance cases professionally
What We're Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
- Experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Full UK driving licence
- (Desirable) Experience in manufacturing or production environments
