What we're looking for in our market research executives:

  • Well-spoken, polite, and persuasive telephone manner, full of enthusiasm and confidence.
  • Fluent in English; speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. A good attention to detail.
  • Well organised, with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and friendly environment.
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Results and target oriented.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience as a market researcher is desired, but not essential. Training is usually provided.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Outbound calling - collect information and/or feedback on the recipients' views and opinions on a specific subject.
  • Conduct professional interviews with respondents over the phone to the highest quality standards.
  • Record the collected data, often on a web-based platform.
  • Supply any project related feedback and observations to the team manager.
  • Deal with any problems/complaints that arise in a professional and sensitive manner.
