Are you a skilled generalist multi-site HR Manager with a passion for Employee Relations? Are you looking for a highly flexible working pattern where you can start as early as 7am and finish at 3pm or work later hours depending on work requirements and personal commitments?
This is a newly formed, multi-sited, unionised business, created as a result of a large scale TUPE exercise. Operating with around 500 employees across three sites, you will work as part of an HR team of four. Soley responsible for the Coventry and Barnsley sites, with support from an HR Advisor as required, who works across all sites. Alongside the BAU activities such as grievances, disciplinaries, absence management, recruitment, occupational health referrals, coaching and guiding managers, you will also identify HR projects you are keen to get exposure to and drive forward such as employee engagement, wellbeing etc.
As this is a 24/7 day operation, you will need to be flexible to attend the odd meeting as the evening shift starts. Flexibility is key here!
Key Background:
- CIPD Qualified Level
- Generalist HR background with key strength in ER
- Exposure to a unionised environment (ideal not essential)
- Strong understanding of Employment Law
- Passion for Employee Relations
- Strong technical skills
- Highly organised with strong stakeholder engagement skills
