This full service, established events and production agency are renowned for creating innovative events and experiences across the UK - their clients are what sell the company, as they have built long-standing relationships with brands who you will know of and want to work with! Working with brands, agencies and consultancies, this company provide technical, production and design expertise and manage projects from conception through to delivery.
The company are extremely passionate about their people and take time when bringing new people on board, to ensure that they will fit in with their culture and team ethics. The team work very collaboratively and support each other on services to ensure the event or experience is a huge success! Working on live, hybrid and experiential projects, there really is no limit on how creative you can be!
The Role
Due to their on-going growth, there is now a fantastic opportunity for an Event Coordinator to join their team and support on events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Event Manager and wider production team
- Prioritising tasks and managing deadlines
- Working with suppliers to source materials and services
- Liaising with the warehouse teams
- Organising accommodation and transport
- Speaking with guests on the day of the event
- Registering delegates as they attend
- Putting together itineraries for the event
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience working in events or hospitality and have a can-do attitude - you will receive lots of training but it is just as important that you are willing to learn and work hard, with the team. You must have good organisational skills and have the ability to build on relationships.
