JRRL are looking for a bright and enthusiastic administrator to work for one of their clients in Brighton, you will be supporting the office manager and the wider team.
This is a temporary role, however, there may be an opportunity for the position to become permanent.
Hours: 9.00am to 5:30pm (on-site) *some flexibility around core hours may be considered but it is full time in the office.
MAIN DUTIES FOR THE ADMINISTRATOR:
- Answering and filtering a high volume of incoming calls
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project etc.
- Typing of correspondence, reports, minutes
- Managing a database of information and providing reports
- Updating spreadsheets
- Ringing clients
- Diary management
- Amending and formatting documents
- Maintaining management tools, such as contact lists
- Organising and storing documents, both hardcopy and electronically
- Photocopying/printing and sorting various documents
PERSON SPECIFICATION FOR THE ADMINISTRATOR:
- IT Skills - Intermediate MS Word, good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to prioritise and carry out a variety of administrative tasks
- Strong organisational skills
- Clear confident communication skills
- Team orientated
- Ability to work independently
- MUST drive and have access to car (as the office is not easily accessable via public transport)
