My client is on the lookout for a skilled HR Administrator to become an integral part of the HR team. This full-time role offers a hybrid working model and is a prime opportunity for those aiming to progress towards a HR Advisor position. Day to day of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR inductions, and contract management.
  • Monitor HR KPI reports and assist with employee relations issues, including disciplinary and investigation note-taking.
  • Manage the HR inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation of complex queries.
  • Support recruitment activities, from candidate screening to interview coordination.
  • Administer recognition programs and maintain accurate membership lists for accredited partners.
  • Coordinate training workshops and support the HR team with various HR-related meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD level 3 qualification or the ambition to achieve it.
  • Proven experience within a multi-disciplinary HR team, ideally in a related industry.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, with superuser experience being highly advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of employment law.
  • A commitment to confidentiality, trust, and discretion.
  • Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with keen attention to detail.
