In this role, you will ensure the efficient delivery of IT support services and exciting IT projects while maintaining outstanding customer service to all customers.

As the Service Desk Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of IT engineers, ensuring quick and efficient responses to IT incidents. You will conduct analysis to recommend remedial actions, define and manage internal support processes and best practices, and support the delivery of IT projects as outlined in the IT plan.

- Experience within a similar role
- Proven track record in team supervision, workload prioritization, and resource management.
- Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Some exposure to ITIL Problem and Change disciplines.
- Proactive, well-organised, and strong attention to detail
