Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Finance Assistant to assist them for 2/3 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
- To assist with areas of finance function (Purchase Ledger/Sales Ledger) and provide support where required to the Group Management Accountant.
- Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable Function (including, setting up new vendors, gaining approval for the invoices from department heads, coding and posting invoices onto Navision)
- Raise Intercompany invoices.
- Manage daily bank postings to include monthly bank reconciliations.
- Weekly run of Autopay payments. (includes supplier payments, employee expense payments and Intercompany payments)
- Manage group credit card approval and postings.
- Stock recharges.
- Manage employee expenses/mileage claims.
- Assist in month end reconciliations
- General and ad hoc duties as required
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and able to manage and priorities work
Profile:
The successful temporary Finance Assistant will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2+ years experience in Finance Assistant.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:
The temporary Finance Assistant will be paying circa £16-£18 per hour, dependant on experience.
