Role Overview:
- Provide 1st line desktop and network support to users and systems.
- Provide 1st line application support and troubleshooting including LAN / WAN and wireless.
- Prioritise tickets logged according to impact/urgency.
- Escalate incident tickets via the correct channels when required.
- Maintain Service management, logging of all incidents, service requests and changes within the system and ensuring they are kept up to date.
What You Would Bring:
- Previous experience working in an IT service desk environment.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Passion for IT and willingness to learn and develop.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 2016 and 365.
