Our journey to net zero and nature enhancement will shape our estate for many years to come. A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic team administrator to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Rural Estate Management team.
Supporting our rural surveying team on the Isles of Scilly in their estate and property management work, your duties will include diary management, maintaining office systems, processing invoices, providing a reception presence and organising visits, meetings, events and travel arrangements.
You will liaise with tenants on a variety of issues and be involved in all aspects of property management, including tenancy queries, repair requests and rent reviews. You will also work closely with the Building Team. Previous experience in an administration role is essential and experience of property management would be advantageous.
