Are you organised and proactive, with a great eye for detail? Can you build strong partnerships at all levels? Do you have working knowledge of employment law, and good practice in employee relations?
If this sounds like you, we have a new opportunity to join our People and Culture team. We are looking for someone with previous HR experience to advise our colleagues and managers on a range of employee relations matters.
You may be an HR Officer looking for the next step in your career, or you could be a more established HR Advisor looking for a new challenge - either way, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be an Associate Member of the CIPD or working towards this level, in addition to having knowledge of HR systems. Previous HR experience within healthcare would be a significant advantage.
We can provide a great deal of flexibility with hours and place of work, with an assigned office base in Norwich (Norfolk), Ipswich (Suffolk), Basildon (Essex), or Ashford (Kent). Occasional travel to other offices will be required. This is a full-time opportunity; however part-time working can be considered with working days and times flexible by arrangement.

IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.
Location Hybrid working with an assigned office base in Norwich, Ipswich, Basildon or Ashford
Hours Available Up to 37.5 hours per week (part-time considered)
