Tonic are excited to be recruiting for our client's new restaurant in London, set to open mid-July. This outstanding concept will be one of this year's most exciting openings and as Bar Manager you will be responsible for every aspect of the bar operation. The bar will offer an ever changing cocktail list, alongside the classics, with premium drinks throughout the wider menu.
What we are looking for in Bar Manager candidates:
- A minimum of 2 years Bar Manager experience within high-end bars/restaurants
- Strong cocktail knowledge and menu development
- A true passion for customer experience
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
- Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
