A Series A SaaS company based in London are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead their recruitment efforts with the winder people team. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across various departments within a fast-growing tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent, particularly in specialised roles within the tech industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, refine job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Create a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Utilise recruitment metrics to measure performance and optimise hiring strategies.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace through recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a high-growth tech company.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Linkedin Recruiter.
- A data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Passion for building high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Background in HR or people management.
