A rare opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join a market-leading manufacturer based in Swindon.

This role is rewarded with a highly competitive salary and agile working, with only three days a week in their Swindon base. It presents an excellent opportunity for a Legal Counsel to negotiate on an array of complex B2B and B2C commercial contracts, for a household brand.

About the role

This role will give the successful Legal Counsel the opportunity to:

  • Assist with amending, re-structuring, negotiating and structuring of a wide range of high value B2B and B2C commercial contracts;
  • Have autonomy over the contracts life-cycle within a large supportive team;
  • Liaise with high profile internal and external stakeholders.

About you

The ideal Legal Counsel will be a U.K qualified lawyer with a minimum of three years' post qualification experience, either in private practice or in-house. You will be able to commute to their Swindon office. You will also have:

  • Experience in advising internal and external stakeholders on B2B and B2C commercial contracts;
  • Excellent technical ability with a client-focused approach;
  • A good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
