Location: Middlesex, West London
Salary: £34,000
Hours of Work: 40 hours, Monday to Friday - no weekends.
Term-Time Only - 39 working weeks
Are you an experienced and have a passion for providing high quality food? Our client is seeking an exceptional Chef Manager to join their team at their school site in Middlesex. As Chef Manager, you will lead a team in providing fabulous food to students, without compromise on quality or taste. A passion for inspiring a healthy lifestyle to our future generations is a must.

Your duties as Chef Manager will include but not be limited to:
- Have excellent craft skills
- Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
- Good communicational skills
- Have a positive 'Can-do' approach
- Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
- The ability to lead a team
- The ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
- Have a desire to learn and grow with us as a company
- Have financial and budget awareness
- The ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
