Working as part of a dynamic and creative company, they are currently seeking a personable and professional receptionist to become an integral member of the team. In this traditional yet highly important role, the administrator will serve as the first point of contact, responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for all visitors. This includes warmly greeting and signing in guests, ensuring that each interaction reflects the company's professional and hospitable culture. In addition to these front-facing duties, you will take full ownership of managing meeting room bookings. In this position, you will also take responsibility for general ad-hoc administrative office duties.
