Job Title: Finance Administrator (Permanent)

Location: Reading,Berkshire (Hybrid)

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

I am currently partnered with a real estate organisation located in Reading, Berkshire. In order to support the continued growth of the business, they are now seeking a passionate and personable individual to join them as a Finance administrator.

Within this role you will be responsible for liaising directly with the clients and generating changes for leased properties. In addition, successful applicants will be supporting both the accounts payable with processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements, as well as supporting the collections team when required.

A successful candidate will possess computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and , along with some experience working in a professional or business environment. They should demonstrate a customer service mindset and the ability to learn new computer applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise directly with clients, generate charges for leased properties.
  • Support accounts payable with invoice processing and supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Assist the collections team with outstanding balances as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and lease agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel and other computer applications.
  • Experience in a professional or business environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and processes.
