We are recruiting an interim Senior HR Advisor role for a Cambridge Technology business with an immediate start.
The role is being offered on a three-month basis to support the existing HR team during a period of change.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide generalist HR support to the UK business.
Duties include –
- Providing HR advice and guidance to employees
- Managing employee relations cases – low volume
- Supporting on the annual salary review cycle
- Amending policies in-liner with employment law changes.
The role is being offered on a hybrid working arrangement 4 or 5 days a week with 2 days a week on-site.
Full time hours are 37.5 per week.
Salary is £35-£40k FTE
(£17-£20 per hour)
