Are you a Plastic Injection Mould Tool Maker looking to join an industry leading company at the forefront of mould production, with the option to maximise earnings through overtime?
On offer is the chance to practice your precision engineering skills through specified training and work on a variety of toolmaking projects for a growing company who offer a range of technical progression.
This highly reputable company are specialists in the field and pride themselves on their consistency and precision. They are seeking applicants who want to grow their knowledge through specialist training and who are seeking overtime, with a background in bespoke tool making and high accuracy work.
In this role you will be working with the design team to produce single and multi-cavity precision mould tools for an industry leading company that provide high end products for a range of markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in NX software design but cross over training from comparable packages is available, they will be confident in using CNC machines and compiling reports.
The Role:
- Mould tool repair and servicing.
- Candidate will work together with commercial and the toolroom to advise and support the tool production.
- Candidate will be a primary contact for customers and work with them to achieve DFM, DQ and design approval using best practice and innovative solutions.
- Specialist training and overtime.
The Person:
- Working knowledge of high tolerance engineering is preferred.
- Experience in injection mould and tool design.
- VISI Systems, CAD, and Excel experience.
- Experience in high accuracy work is essential due to the primary field of the company.
