Supporter Care Administrator

  • Salary: Circa £23,000 per annum

  • Job Type: Full-time - 35 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supporter Care Administrator to join a dedicated team in Milton Keynes. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding support to donors and fundraisers, creating lasting relationships that contribute to the charity's mission.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Craft heartfelt thank-you letters to donors and supporters, recognising their significant contributions.
  • Provide assistance with fundraising activities, supporting the efforts of our valued contributors.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for supporters, from their first interaction and throughout their ongoing journey with the charity.
  • Maintain precise records of supporter interactions and transactions using CRM databases.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve supporter care strategies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in public engagement and/or working with volunteers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced with CRM database management.
  • An empathetic and sincere approach to communication, particularly when dealing with individuals facing difficult circumstances.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
