Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We're seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to join our thriving team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our multi-vendor business and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will:
- Provide first-line support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage contracts, coordinate/schedule resources , and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Maintain and update our internal management database system to ensure efficient operations.
- Liaise with contract managers, suppliers, and customers to deliver exceptional service.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years experience in Administration/Customer Service position
- Proven experience with Order Processing, Contract Management,
- Attention to Detail & Great Organisational Skills
- IT-Literate & Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PP)
- Sage Line 50 (desirable)
- Superb Telephone Etiquette
