The Construction Project Manager's Role
The proficient Construction Project Manager will actively engage in the hands-on project delivery process, overseeing activities from the initial design phases to the contractor handover, across various sectors.
In particular, the Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in Residential and High-End Residential projects. Additionally, they will be instrumental in the planning stages of a forthcoming £20 million Commercial project.
The Construction Project Manager
- Project Management degree equivalent
- Strong PM/EA background working within a Consultancy
- MRICS Chartered or working towards
- Full drivers licence
- Team player with a 'can-do' attitude
