Project Profile

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, working within the client's Commercial IT and Parcels team. This pivotal Technology function involves working on projects such as "Age Verification", "Delivering to Concierge", and "Pin on Delivery". Specific details about each project will be shared during the interview process.

Essential:

  • Strong technical skills.
  • Ability to critically assess and challenge requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, collaborating closely with business, operational, and IT teams.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations.
  • Proven expertise in requirements gathering and process mapping in a highly governed environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (communication, influencing, collaboration, listening, conflict management).
  • Vendor/Supplier management experience in a multi-supplier setting.
  • Experience in both Waterfall & Agile project methodologies.
  • Proactive work approach.
  • Emphasis on strong teamwork and collaboration.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the logistics sector.
  • Understanding of Parcel Systems.
  • Prior consultancy work experience.

  • This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring 2 days in the office.
