We are looking for a Motivated individual who would like to take on a New Challenge as a Sales Order Processor within a Fast-Paced and Vibrant working Environment.
About the Role as Sales Order Processor:
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end process from receipt of Customer Order through to Supply and Invoicing
- Ensure that Stock allocations and levels are correctly maintained
- Assist the Team to reach expected Output levels and Targets
- Ensure that the CRM System is updated as necessary as well as the associated spread sheets to ensure accurate reporting
- Provide First-Class Customer Service Experience to our Internal and External Customers
- Assist the Accounts Department in the production of Invoices and other Tasks as required
Skills and Requirements:
- Be able to handle Complaints and difficult situations
- Strong Analytic and Communication (oral and written) skills
- Computer Literate with experience using Microsoft Office
