A prestigious Russell Group University in London is looking for an Interim Director of Marketing and Brand to lead and manage a diverse range of brand and digital marketing activities for 6 months. The Interim Director will be responsible for management of the team and the brand refresh from inception to completion.

Our client is a highly prestigious Russell Group University with international recognition.
The team has hybrid working, in the office 2-3 times per week.
This role will manage a high performing team and work collaboratively with other Directors and external agencies.
Description
- Strategic oversight of the marketing and communications activities.
- Lead the brand strategy, working towards a successful brand refresh in collaboration with an external agency partner.
- Leading on the digital strategy including website and social media.
- Support for the communications and PR strategy.
- Management of a high performing team, setting expectations and managing budgets.
Profile
The successful Interim Director of Marketing and Brand should have:
- Background in Higher Education Marketing, with demonstrable experience developing and delivering brand strategy in Higher Education.
- Experience in leading, developing and delivering high performing corporate marketing and communications strategies.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering successful integrated and multiple channel campaigns.
- Experience of leading teams to deliver digital projects including SEO, website user interface and experience.
- Experience managing a suite of digital communication channels including social media and website.
- Experience in managing marketing and communications agencies and other external service providers.
Job Offer
- 6 month contract to start in July.
- £65,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience.
- Hybrid working.
- London based position.
